This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

The contempt petition is filed bringing it to the notice of this Court that the direction contained in the order dated 10.09.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.22609 of 2020 in connection with award dated 12.03.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in L.A.R. No.16 of 2013 has not been complied with.

This Court while disposing of the said writ petition, directed Special Land Acquisition Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti in the district of Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.2) for taking steps for expeditious disbursement of the compensation amount.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate furnished a copy of letter bearing No.XI-114/2022-894/WE/UIIP, dated 19.09.2022 issued by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, Dist- Kalahandi, whereby it is stated that the decretal dues have since been paid to petitioner on 17.09.2022 and submitted that the direction contained in the order dated 10.09.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.22609 of 2020 has been complied with.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
