This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to extend the promotional benefits as well as financial benefits in their favour as per office memorandum dated 26.04.2013 under Annexure-1, office memorandum dated 18.01.2016 under Annexure-2, Resolution dated 26.11.2018 under Annexure-5 and letter dated 04.12.2018 under Annexure-6 of the Government of Odisha in Finance Department.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-13 series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-13 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
