Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks ex gratia compensation being a handicapped person. His client made representation dated 3rd December, 2021 to opposite party no.2. The representation is pending consideration.

Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the department and submits, the representation will be dealt with.

Opposite party no.2 will consider and deal with said representation (annexure-4). Petitioner will approach the office with copies of the representation and this order. Said opposite party will inform petitioner result of the consideration, within three weeks of communication.
