1. The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that of her own volition, she had gone with one Satyajit and also married him is placed on record. This is not disputed by the State. In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 17th September 2012 passed by the JMFC, Soro in C.T. Case No.188 of 2011 and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
