This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the D.V. Misc. Case No.59 of 2014 pending before the Court of S.D.J.M., Cuttack. 3.

It appears that notice in this case yet to be issued though the case is of the year 2014.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks adjournment of the case to take instruction from his client.

I am inclined to adjourn the case further, since it is a case of the year 2014.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the proceeding, if the same is pending, in an appropriate manner. 7.

Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this Criminal Misc. Case stands disposed of.
