2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the proceeding in CMC No.76 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nuapada.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. This Court issued notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by registered post with A.D vide order dated 20.10.2014. Till date requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party No.2 have not been filed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
