On instruction, Mr. Zafarulla submits that in the meantime, Nayapalli P.S. Case No.160 dated 10.03.2022 has been registered under Sections 420/294/506/120-B/34 I.P.C. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
