This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 19.05.2022. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the address of the Petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Vill-Talpadar, PS-Bijepur, Dist.-Bargarh instead of R/o.Pipilikani, PS-Banaharpali, Dist.- Jharsuguda . Further in para-9 of order dated 19.05.2022, case number 'CRLA No.102 of 2021' has been wrongly mentioned instead of 'C.T.(Special) Case No.53 of 2021'. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to correct the same.

Considering the submission made, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

In para-9 of order dated 19.05.2022, the case number reflected as 'CRLA No.102 of 2021' be corrected as 'C.T. (Special) Case No.53 of 2021'. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

Office to do the needful in the matter.
