1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Even though mediation has failed, learned counsel appearing for the Parties submitted that there is a chance of settlement, if both the Parties will appear in Person before this Court.

3. Considering such request and submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the Parties, this Court directs both the Parties to appear along with their respective counsels before this Court at 4.30 p.m. on 21.12.2022.
