Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has the allegation that he has already raised his objection to the ensuing municipal election, vide Annexure-2 but in spite of such objection being made on 22.1.2022 in time, there is no response by the competent authority to the same as of now. This Court in the circumstance disposing of the Writ Petition directs the competent authority in the event of receipt of such objection and taking decision already to communicate the same to the Petitioner within seven days from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
