1. The issue before the learned Single Judge was about Order No.

revaluation of the Appellant's mark sheet in the Annual C.H.S.E Examination of 2014 (Science stream). The Appellant was short of two marks for securing 1st Division. The learned Single Judge noted that the answer sheets were not available and dismissed the writ petition which had sought revaluation of the answer sheets.

2. According to the Appellant, the answer sheets were available and he had obtained them through R.T.I. He has enclosed all the answer sheets purportedly issued to him under the R.T.I. Act.

3. The Appellant was 19 years old when he filed the writ petition. He has already progressed in life is perhaps employed

// 2 // somewhere now. When asked what difference would it make to the Appellant's career prospects, Mr. Mishra states that he has no instructions. If the issue has become purely academic, then the Court should not at this stage examine the correctness of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge.
