Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 12th January, 2022 (annexure-6) passed by the Director of Estate, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in OPP Appeal Case No.184 of 2021(Q).

In Course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has some personal difficulties for which she requires breathing time to vacate the Qrs. No.12/4, Type-IVB, Unit-III, Bhubaneswar.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Petitioner shall vacate the quarters in question latest by 31st July, 2022, failing which the authorities may take steps for her eviction.
