This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this bail application in respect of the Petitioner No.1. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner No.1. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner Nos. 2 & 3, hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioners'. 3.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Badabazar P.S. Case No.210 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1875 of 2019 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur for alleged commission of offence under Section451/341/323/324/354-B/294/506/34 of the IPC, have filed this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for their release on bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that they will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
