RJ Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without issuing notice to opposite party no.5 with the following order:- As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petitioner shall move the learned State Education Tribunal making any prayer that would be advised for expeditious hearing which shall be dealt with by the learned Tribunal in its own merit.
