1. Opposite Party No.2 has filed an affidavit stating that she was staying in her relative's house on account of a dispute with her husband and that the Petitioner is no way involved in the case.

2. The above affidavit has not been disputed by Mr. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

3. In that view of the matter, Chandaka P.S. Case No.1 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.9 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned JMFC (O), Bhubaneswar and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
