This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 30.09.2022. The order passed by this Court on 30.09.2022 has not yet been compiled with by the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. has sought for to quash the criminal proceeding in C.T. Case No.15 of 2013 pending before learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur and in the meantime, around nine years have been passed. This Court, therefore, reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the aforesaid developments, especially when no one had appeared today and on the last date to move the CRLMC and keeping in view the prayer of the petitioner to quash the criminal proceeding in C.T. Case No.15 of 2013 which was registered through an F.I.R. way back on 28.02.2012 and the number of years passed in the meantime, this Court feels it proper to dismiss the CRLMC.
