Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2021 in connection with Hinjili P.S. Case No. 527 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 461 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Hinjili for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 364/302/201/34 of IPC.

Considering the nature of allegations and the materials available prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. It is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after commitment of the case to the Court of Sessions. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
