The appeal is of Union of India on being aggrieved by judgment dated 10th November, 2017.

Mr. Kashyuap, learned advocate, Central Government Counsel appears on behalf of appellant and submits, by impugned judgment, two petitions made under section 34, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging two parts of award dated 22nd February, 2012 were dealt with. He clarifies, by the award claim made by respondent on termination of the contract was partly allowed and counter claim regarding forfeiture of security deposit on termination of the contract under condition 62 was also partially allowed as by adjustment. Hence, the two appeals. 3.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent.
