Pressing the memo already on record, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant does not want to prosecute this Second Appeal as in the meantime at the intervention of the well-wishers and village gentries, the parties have resolved the dispute giving rise to the suit. She, therefore, submits that the Appellant does not want to further pursue the Appeal and seeks withdrawal of the same.

Accepting the submission and in view of the memo; the Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to cost. 4.
Accordingly, the RSA stands disposed of.
