Heard Mr.M.Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafrulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

Since on instruction Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that F.I.R. has already been registered as Chauliaganj P.S. Case No. 56 dated 22.2.2022 for commission of offences under Sections 406, 294, 509, 506/34 I.P.C., Mr.Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
