In the course of hearing of the bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for to not press the bail application on the ground that the accused persons have already been acquitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also files a photocopy of surrender certificate issued by 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Balasore. The same be kept on record.

In view of the aforesaid, the BLAPL is disposed of as not pressed.
