This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Special G.R. Case No.62 of 2020, on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jagatsinghpur, arising out of Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No.187 of 2020, under Sections 363/366 /366-A/ 376(2)(n)/354/294/323/ 506/ 34 of IPC and read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Jagatsinghpur, by order dated 27.11.2020 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim from the tenor of the same and taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner since 23.10.2020, the final form has been submitted in the

meanwhile, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail, on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, so as to ensure his presence on each date of trial 6.

The present BLAPL is disposed of accordingly. 7.
