This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.6051 of 2021 arising out of Capital P.S. Case No.693 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge (POCSO), Khurda at Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R.

Since the offence is bailable in nature, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
