1. The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr. P.C. where she admits to have married Petitioner No.2 and they have been blessed with a female child, has been placed on record.

2. The statement was made way back on 16th November, 2014 and is not disputed by the State. In view of the statement made by the victim, the present petition is allowed and all the criminal proceedings in G.R. Case No.955 of 2014 arising out of Gobindpur P.S. Case No.46 of 2014 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack are hereby quashed.

3. The petition is disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
