This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 17th December, 2016 passed by the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies Marketing, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy as available under the Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

All the pending misc. cases are accordingly disposed of. 6.
