This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. Gopinath Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners and Miss. Sanjibani Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the application against Opposite Party No.1- Bijay Goldar, the same is dismissed as not pressed in respect of Petitioner No.1. 4.

So far as the other petitioners No. 2 to 5 are concerned, being aggrieved by the order dtd. 03.11.2021 by which NBW was issued against them in G.R. Case No. 361 of 2018 by the leanred J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack, the petitioners have approached this Court. While prima facie, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed but in order to allow the petitioners to effectively

defend themselves, it is directed that, in the event, the petitioners surrender within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be released on bail on earlier terms.

It is made clear that, in the event the petitioners do not surrender within the time fixed, it shall be open to the prosecution to take effective steps in terms of the impugned order. 6.

While being released on bail, it is directed that the petitioners shall furnish their mobile numbers and email I.D., if any.

The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
