Heard Ms. D. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. J. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order of eviction passed by the Tahasildar, Athagarh dated 17.06.2014.

Since the order impugned is appealable one, this Writ Petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appellate authority, if he is so advised. Since the Writ Petition is pending before this Court from the year 2018, the petitioner is also at liberty to file an application for condonation of delay, which is to be considered by the appellate authority liberally.
