Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2021 in connection with Orient P.S. Case No.52 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.839 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 392 of IPC.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case, failing which necessary orders may be passed to take him to custody again.
Further he shall appear before the IIC of Orient Police Station once in every fortnight for a period of six months. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
