1. The affidavit of Opposite Party No.2 stating she has now married to Petitioner No.4 and is leading a happy married life, has been placed on record. Despite service of notice and filing of vakalatnama, none appears on behalf of Opposite Party No.2.

2. In that view of the matter, the criminal proceedings i.e. Khurda Sadar P.S. Case No.71 of 2013 and G.R. Case No.793 of 2013 pending in the Court of SDJM, Khurda are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court concerned forthwith.
