Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2021 in connection with Junagarh P.S. Case No.398 dated 20.11.2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.391 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Junagarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 454/380/34/511 of IPC. 4.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that out of two sureties for such amount as may be determined by the Court below, one must belong to

Kalahandi district. Further the petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the Court in seisin over the matter without obtaining leave of the said Court.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
