Petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for a direction to Opposite Parties, more particularly Opposite Party No.3-SubRegistrar, Rajgangpur to dispose of representations dated 11th June, 2019and 27th November, 2020 (Annexure-4 series). 3.

On perusal of record, it appears that the Petitioner alleges fraudulent preparation of ROR in respect of his land. In that view of the matter, no fruitful purpose will be served in directing Opposite Party No.3-Sub-Registrar, Rajgangpur Municipality to dispose of the representations as stated above. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
