1. The statement of the victim girl (Opposite Party No.3) recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. is at Annexure-4 in which she states that both the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.3 have married and are staying happily.

2. In that view of the matter, Nuagaon P.S. Case No.111 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1140 of 2012 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur and all proceedings consequential thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
