This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- (i) A writ Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued directing the opposite parties to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 series.
(ii) If the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the Rule be made absolute; (iii) And/or pass any other order(s)/Direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court think fit and proper.

It is submitted learned counsel for the petitio0ner that the
// 2 // petitioner has submitted a detailed representation highlighting his grievances, which is pending before the Deputy commissioner of Police (Armed) OSAP, 7th Bn. and Superintendent of Police, Ganjam dated 10.01.2022 as postal receipts attached to the representation, which is pending before the Deputy commissioner of Police (Armed) OSAP, 7th Bn. as well as Superintendent of Police, Ganjam. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the event Court may direct to dispose of the representation in the light of order under Annexure-4 then the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed by the authorities in accordance with law. 6.
Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the Superintendent of Police, GanjamOpposite Party No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Ganjam-Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 series in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. He further directed that the same shall be strictly considered in accordance with law in the light of order under Annexure-4. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
