1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. D. Sethy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners are in custody since 21st January, 2022 in connection with OR Case No.31K/2021-22 corresponding to 2(b)C.C. No.5/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

4. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record and the fact that final prosecution report has been submitted in the mean time, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that they shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
