This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition was filed on 27.12.2014. Earlier when the matter was listed on 03.03.2015 before the Dy. Registrar (Judicial), none had appeared for the petitioner and it was directed that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one week, failing which the matter would be placed for dismissal. Again the matter was listed on 10.04.2015 and on that date nobody was found present when the matter was called and adjourned the matter in the next cause list. Then the matter was listed on 15.05.2015 and on that day also none had appeared for the petitioner and direction was issued to remove the defects within two weeks from that day. But, till date the said orders have not been complied with.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to remove the defects. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the aforesaid orders. Alok/Puspa (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (SAVITRI RATHO) JUDGE
