2. There is an apparent typographical error in the third line of first paragraph of the order dated 19.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.3939 of 2018, wherein "no" has been typed in place of "now".

3. For the reasons stated, this application is allowed. The said order dated 19.12.2022 stands corrected accordingly, which shall be read along with the present order.
