3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 23.04.2014 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.1731 (C)/2010, wherein the tribunal has disposed of the original application by quashing the appointment of the applicants therein.

4. It is agreed by the parties that the present writ petition is squarely covered in terms of the judgment of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.13119 of 2014 and batch (State of Odisha v. Suravi Mohanty and another) disposed of on 26.10.2021, and as such, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.13119 of 2014 and batch disposed of on 26.10.2021.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
