This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in ABLAPL No.16482 of 2021 was disposed of on 25.01.2022 and direction was given to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and move for bail which shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the Courts below in accordance with law and case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.

This anticipatory bail was again filed on 08.02.2022 without any change in the circumstances. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this

Accordingly, ABLAPL stands dismissed.
