This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner to include the name of the Petitioner in the provisional selection list under Annexure-5. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that aggrieved by the action of the Authority, he has filed a representation to the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 on 22.11.2021. His further submission is that the same is pending consideration before the Authority as of now and no decision is taken on such representation of the Petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if a mandamus is issued to the Opposite Party No.2 for disposal of representation of the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 22.11.2021 strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order
// 2 // within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Decision thereof shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 5.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
