The present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 1st September, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1876 of 2016 without impleading the alleged contemnors.

Thus at the outset, counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
