This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-registration of her Online Application No.
2021050200987 dated 19th November, 2021 filed before the Tahasildar, Berhampur-Opposite Party No. 2. The Petitioner also prays for a direction for early disposal of the same. 3.
It is submitted by Mr.Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner that on the basis of registered will executed by the recorded tenant in her favour, the Petitioner filed the aforesaid Online Application for mutation of the land in her name. The Tahasildar, Berhmapur-Opposite Party No. 2 has neither registered the same nor has taken any step for early disposal of the same. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 4.
Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the writ petition is premature and is not maintainable. However, the Petitioner may pursue the Tahasildar, Berhampur-Opposite Party No.2 for registration and early disposal of the mutation case in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner disposes of this writ petition with a direction that on production of certified copy of this order, the Tahasildar, Berhampur-Opposite Party No. 2 shall register the mutation case and make an endeavour for disposal of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months therefrom giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
