This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.12 of 2018 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patnagarh to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Titilagarh on the ground of threat to her life. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Titilagarh, but directs that Matrimonial Suit No.12 of 2018 pending on the file of the

// 2 // learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patnagarh be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kantabanji. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order and intimate the same to the Opposite Party. 5.

However, the Opposite Party is at liberty to seek review of this order, if he is aggrieved by this order in any manner. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
