Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2021 in connection with Deogaon P.S. Case No.193 dated 22.09.2021 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.1255 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Balangir for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 394 of IPC. 4.
Considering the submissions made, materials on record and the fact that the allegedly stolen cash was not recovered from the petitioner but from the co-accused and there is no other material to directly implicate him in the occurrence, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail
including the condition that he shall appear before the IIC of Deogaon Police Station in every Monday at 10 a.m. till submission of charge sheet.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
