Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In entertaining the Writ Petition, this Court by order dated 13.2.2019 granted status quo in respect of the position of the Secretary of the Grama Panchayat in question. 3.
Today in course of argument, learned counsel for the Petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that in the meantime, there has been a change in the Office of the Sarapanch and a new Sarapanch has come in. Presently, the new Sarapanch has no objection in allowing the Petitioner officiating as Secretary. 4.
In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no further cause of action entertaining the Writ Petition any further and the same stands disposed of. This order is passed keeping in view the development through Annexure-7.
