1. The Petitioner's grievance in Annexue-2 which has been Order No.

forwarded by the Additional District Magistrate, Subarnapur under Annexure-3 shall be examined by the Regional Office, State Pollution Control Board, Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party Nos.6 & 7 and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 9th May, 2022. A copy of the order be made available to the parties not later than 16th May, 2022. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
