Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and looking to the averments made in this petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. 2.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. It is, however, made clear that dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand on the way of the Petitioner in making approach at appropriate situation following the provision at Section 8-A & 7 of the O.P.L.E. Act. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
