Heard Mr. K. Rath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. S. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties. 3.

The petitioners have filed this writ petitions challenging the order dated 09.03.2015 passed in O.A. No. 3369 of 2013 as well as the common order passed in O.A. No. 3061 of 2013, by which the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack came to hold that since the opposite parties have admitted that they have taken steps for absorption of PTGIs and while engaging the contractual ATOs recruited through OSSC, Bhubaneswar the part engagement of existing PTGIs shall not be affected, it would not be just and proper to interfere with the advertisement. The tribunal also observed that the State-opposite parties are at liberty to take a decision in the matter of regularization of CATOs/PTGIs as per rules, for which the tribunal has not expressed any opinion. 4.

As it appears, O.A. No. 3061 of 2013 along with batch of original applications were disposed of by a common judgment on 09.03.2015 and one Anil Kumar Rana, who was also an applicant

in the said batch of original applications disposed of on 09.03.2015, had challenged the order passed by the tribunal before this Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 7363 of 2013, which has been dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 21.06.2022, and the counsel who was appearing in the said case, is the counsel in the present writ petitions. As such, the present writ petitions are also filed challenging the common order dated 09.03.2015 passed by the tribunal. Therefore, since this Court has already decided the issue in W.P.(C) No. 7363 of 2013, these writ petitions are dismissed in terms of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 7363 of 2013.
