Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2021 in connection with Balikuda P.S. Case No.135 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.190 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 435/307/34 of IPC. 4.

It is alleged that the petitioner poured petrol on the house of the deceased to set fire to it causing death of the deceased. 5.

Considering the nature of the accusations and the availability of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. It is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of some materials witnesses in the case. 6.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
