This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Tahasildar, Jatni-Opposite Party No.2 to accept the Mutation Case and to dispose of the same in accordance with the direction made in W.P.(C) No.27404 of 2021 vide order dated 8th October, 2021.

It is submitted by Mr. Jethy, learned counsel that assailing the inaction of Tahasildar, Jatni in registering the mutation application filed by the Petitioner on 11th January, 2021, she had filed W.P.(C) No.27404 of 2021, which was disposed of on 8th October, 2021 with the direction that in the event the Petitioner files a fresh mutation application in proper format complete in all respect before Opposite Party No.2Tahasildar, Jatni within a period of two weeks from the date of the order along with certified copy of the said order the Tahasildar shall register the same and proceed in accordance with law.

// 2 // 3.1 It is his submission that as the Petitioner could not obtain the corresponding Hal Plot number of the land in question, she could not file the mutation case within the time stipulated in the said order dated 8th October, 2021. Hence this writ petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. 4.

In course of hearing, Mr. Jethy, learned counsel for the Petitioner admits that the Petitioner should have filed an application for extension of time to comply with the direction in the order dated 8th October, 2021 passed in the aforesaid disposed of writ petition. In view of the above, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file an application for modification/extension of time as stipulated in order dated 8th October, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.27404 of 2021.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
