This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, trial has commenced in the case at hand and two prosecution witnesses have already been examined in the meantime. 4.
Since, the petitioner is in custody dtd 9/10.06.2020, the learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within the time frame and delay is not attributable to the petitioner.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
